I ordered a personalized Olivia t-shirt for my daughter's 5th birthday and a few weeks after I ordered it hadn't arrived, thinking this was odd, I tried to call several times and the message I received kept telling me that all customer service lines were busy and rather than wait on hold to leave a message after the beep but there was never any beep!!! Obviously after reading everyone's comments about their similar experiences I realized I've been scammed... Hopefully my bank will be able to give me my money back: (
