I ordered a personalized 1st birthday shirt for my son on 3/5. A week later and there is no update on my order. I've tried calling numerous times during their "business hours" and can't reach anyone and it won't let you leave a message. Sent two emails, no response. After finding this website and reading all of these complaints I feel sick to my stomach. Yes, I want my 20 bucks back, but even moreso I want this scam site shut down! This is horrible. Lesson learned I guess.
