On March 4 I ordered a personalized 2nd birthday shirt for my sons party which was on March 31. I got an email on March 14 saying that it had shipped. My bank account was debited on March 15. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time for his party so I emailed the company and ot no response. I tried the customer service telephone number and once again no response. After his birthday party had assed i sent another email and no surprise that i didnt get a response. I was upset but I figured I would atleast have it for his actual birthday the following week on April 6 th. When it still hadn't arrived on his birthday then I got really upset. I sent another email and once again no response. I tried the telephone service again and it said that it was unavailable until Thirsday April 12 so I waited and tried to call again and it the message said that I could leave a message after the tone, but there never was a tone. The call just disconnects. So it has now been almost a month since it was supposedly shipped and I have yet to receive it!
I'm so disgusted with this company and how there is no way to communicate with them. I want my money back and I want it to be known to others that this company is awful.
