Web site processed cc without my authorization then I cant get refund

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and am looking into an attorney. I was charged 155.77 for a reservation I did not authorize. I did look at the site and entered my info but it said I would have a chance to review the reservation before card would be charged. I clicked next and it submitted it without me receiving details. Once I saw the details I decided againsed it as it was not a good deal and I closed out the screen and booked elsewhere. I emailed, Called and never recieved a response. Called hotel directly and canceled reservation with guestsmiles as I had 2 and never authorized guest smiles. Spoke to a "manager " there and he was rude, used vulgar language with me and hung up on me after saying I will never get a refund... in not so nice of words. I have many more details with no space here for them. I would however appreciate a response and resolution to this issue. Events going forward show complete and utter fraud on the behalf of hotels plus in saying to my cc company that I used the reservation when I can prove it was not used. They claim i gave up my rights to cancel reservation but reality is I never gave them the right to charge me for it so why would I choose to pURCHACE cancelation insurance. All in all the very WORST travel business out there and should be brought to court and shut down. Looks to me that they have an ongoing record of keeping peoples money instead of doing what is right.
