My apartments i paid application fee of 255.00 and they said if i didnt use them the would return 190.00 because of a credit check fee thats fine but now they wont give me anything cause i did not use there service

I paid 255.00 application fee and i didnt use the service because i could not break my lease so i asked if i dont use your service will i be refund they said yes for 190.00 they will only take out for credit check well i been calling over a month to get my refund and they will not give me my money back cause i did not use there service.
