Several other names like AA glass and board up Car accident, no insurance, totaled my car, won judgment for $4000, hiding from me and 20 other judgments against him

Aug. 3 while stopped at a red light, I was hit in the rear. The force was so great that it completely totaled my car, my son's back was hurt (sitting in the back seat), and everything in the car went flying. I called 911 and the driver gave me an insurance card belonging to Alliance Services group. I called the insurance company and they said that Robert Baldassari does not have insurance. I called Robert Baldassari but he said he would call me back. He never did. I tried to reach him several times but he didn't to get back to me. So I filed a lawsuit against him, the driver of the car, and Alliance Services Group. As I was researching Robert Baldassari, I noticed that he had lawsuits going back to 1995. I realized he knew the system very well. I won a judgment for $4000 but he was never there to accept a summons necessary to collect the money. I called the Secretary of State's office and had his license plate suspended for two years. I also placed a lien on his business. I managed to get a court order to turn over his bank account to me (a former employee gave me a paycheck stub so I figured out where his bank was). He only had $317 dollars in his account. The former employee told me that Baldassari didn't pay him. He doesn't have insurance so I can only assume his business is not doing well. I am a firm believer that unethical businesses cannot last very long.
