My wife was driving my car and a taxi cab driver turned into the side of my car. The cab driver was written a ticket. The cab driver has not reported the accident and the cab company hasnt returned my phone calls. My insurance is handling this matter. I lost my five hundred dollar deductible. My car is totaled. Blue book value will not replace my vehicle. My wife was taken to the emergency room. I have no car to drive. American Service Insurance Company is one reason that car insurance is so high. They insure lots of cab companies so dont get in an accident with a cab because they dont pay. The driver was laughing at the scene because he knew nothing would happen to him. This is what you call a fly by night operation. There are scam artists out there and this is one of them.

I would like take this oppertunity to tell all of you that American Services Insurance is nothing but a thug operation and that the state of Illinois should not let them be in business.in closing thats why you buy good insurance to cover your butt in situations like this. I dont know how these people sleep at night knowing that they are actually scamming people. Paul, chicago, IL
