I had this insurance for a few months. Last May a driver ran the red light and hit me on the drivers side, my car spun around a few times and hit a parked car. I had AAA take my non operating car home and called my insurance "Alliance United" which they told me i was not covered. I asked them why and they said i did not pay my monthly bill which is dumb because i had automated bill pay. They proceeded to tell me i had insufficient funds and that is why the payment did not go through. I logged into my bank account because i make sure there is always funds in my checking to cover my bills, the payment was 6 days past due and there was indeed funds and has been enougph funds to cover the bill.

I called my rep to prove there was indeed funds and furthermore called a bank agent to see what went wrong and the back agent informed United did not even attempt to collect. United told me to email them the proof of my bank statement and did nothing for me.

After i emailed them the proof i followed up and they kept sending me to voicemail, i couldnt even get a supervisor, it was only voicemail and voicemail (they ignored my calls after i sent the proof). The driver that hit me paid my car thats it, I didnt get everything i deserved and lost my driving privelages.

Then i proceeded to find another insurance company for my husbands car and Alliance was still charging the monthly payment (they have a lot of nerve) it took me two months to collect back what they shouldnt have charged me!

Do not go with this insurance company, you will get the same service as if you had no insurance!
