I was looking for a washing machine. One click media appeared on a comparison web site. The web page looked very professional. So I placed an order in good faith for the bosh excel. At the point of order the site a
Said it was £200 in the sale. They requested payment at a pay point. I was sent a confirmation order and given a delivery date for the 06/03. I tried to check the delivery status to find the website had gone and no response to emails. The washing machine never arrived.
