ILD Teleservices Pay phone rip offs in Disneyland. Needed help, cell not working & alone in Disneyland, "Magical" time chasing missing phone

Made 3 (4 minute or less) pay phone calls in Disneyland. (there alone on 2/29) My cell phone wasn't working & had to call husband to help trouble shoot. Later called him twice (about 3 minutes each) as my phone went missing for 3 hours. I wasn't the only one that had issues with the cell phone charging lockers. Other people had their phone go missing too. It was bad enough to have my cell go missing from a locker, then chase it down for 3 hours. (City hall, lost & found, plus a police report filed. (Finally my cell showed up to city hall in Disneyland after being in no man's land for 3 hours.in the time my cell was missing, I called my husband twice. (Under 3 minutes each) In total pay phone charges for maybe 10 minutes, I was charged $100.37 Really!!! 3 calls $40.29, $29.11,30.97 HELP!!!
