Flower Pots, Pot Heads, Mary Jo Wanna's Mums and Petal Pushers. Lured my daughter into an illicit drug selling business disguised as a side walk florist

The main ring leader of this organization, known as "Eddy", lured our young, naive daughter and many of her flower loving friends into his business with the bait of food, a place to sleep and occasional drugs. Even though this well organized, side walk florist pays off the local tax collector as well as other city officials, he is constantly running into other authorities investigating his suspected true business of using the sale of carnations, mums and some roses as a ruse in pushing favored varieties of marigolds and marijuana.

It has been many years since our daughter, Mary Jane teamed up with Eddy on the streets of Tampa. We would just like a letter or an email, if only as closure to this lowly street scam luring young children from their homes in suburbia.
