I called the 800 number to place an order for the TV advertisment of the Who Knew Book offer for 29.99 plus shipping. No live person just a maze of offers and you were to either accect or decline. I declined all offers. At the last office they say you won a cruise and before you can do anything you have been transferred to a live person who had children running around screaming crying. I told the person i was not interested and to transfer me back and was informed she was not associated with the company. Never got an order number and when you check on line they do not have record and when I tried to call you can never get to a live person. My credit card was charged 63.94 for not only the book I ordered but two other items I did not order. When I did get a person, you could not get a word in and she transferred me to a department that wans't there and on and on it went. You order 1 item and they ship you several and charge your card.
