I ordered from a website called www.longchamptotebags.com 5 Longchamp tote bags on 2/3, promptly received a confirmation e-mail. But soon after got another e-mail from an Emily Lin saying that my order did not go through and that I need to resend my order but they were giving me a different url (www.outletlongchamp.com) so I got suspicious. The first website had a page to send an e-mail and I did inquiring about this Emily Lin. Got a response from a jenny jenny (e-mail address: longchamptotebags@hotmail.com) that my order was confirmed. Their website stated that a tracking number was going to be given within 12 hours but I did not get a tracking number until 2/7. When I use the number they gave it goes nowhere and I cannot track it to anything. Also they stated that delivery was to be expected within 7-10 business days. I continually followed up "jenny jenny" with e-mail asking for a tracking number that works and she would respond "do not worry" in an e-mail in broken english and formatted unprofessionally. I checked my credit card statement and a charge for the same amount was posted with www.ptshy.com shanghaisi as the merchant. After an e-mail I sent 2/21 to jenny jenny did not get any replies back I disputed the charge with my credit card company, citing that I never received the merchandise and that the merchant is not the same. 3/1 I receive a package badly damaged and opened with a shipping bill reflecting content items as: "jadkets" and 'sportsshoes". I wanted to return it but the shipping bill did not include a return address.By this time and as of 2/21, whenever I would check, the www.longchamptotebags.com website was gone and I kept getting error messages everytime I tried it. I am now still trying to figure out where to return the package.
