My elderly, disabled parents purchased a storage facility for $1500.00 from this man full of flea market merchandise and they gave him $400.00 in cash and $1100.00 check. The man just called them and reported to them that "the check blew out the truck window". Thank Goodness I was party to this whole mess. I immediately had them call the bank to see if the check was cashed and to our amazement he did in fact cash the check on the 2nd. Now, he wanted them to meet him this coming Thursday with a new check made out to him for the amount I mentioned earlier, $1100.00. I want to go kick this guys A*. But, We will meet him this Thursday and we WILL have the sheriff with us.
