I balance my checkbook nightly by utilizing my online bank account. While doing so I found this charge. Not recognizing the company, I called the phone number listed with the charge on my bank account and was placed on hold, hung up and called back, no answer at all. I then called my bank and the frauds department said they've had similar complaints on this same company. The only way to prevent it from happening again is to stop my current debit card and have a new one sent. I will be pursuing this company through legal means.
