Another duped Grapegifts customer! - Magic wine bottle holde

Another one to add to the expanding list!!! Didn't realise there were so many duped and very angry people out there! I ordered THREE magic wine bottle holders one each for my son and daughter and one for myself. I was really looking for forward to them opening their surprise, I was the one with the surprise - a nasty one!!!

I ordered these early January and I am still waiting nearly THREE MONTHS later - like it seems everyone else, I have tried contacting them via email - no response! By phone - automated! Tried Groupon-first attempt operator seemed very helpful, took all details etc that's where it ended! No result. Tried them again approx 2 weeks later, operator was very unhelpful and just suggested WAITING!!! I AM SO FURIOUS - HOW CAN THIS BE RESOLVED!!!? I will be reporting this to www.actionfraud.org. Uk as suggested by one of the complainants. What else can be done - does anyone know???
