I placed an order on February 14 for the Snap On Peacock Feather. It is now March 20 and I have yet to receieve it. According to their order tracking, my product was shipped out on February 15... And still nothing. Ive tried calling their customer service line numerous times and Ive sat on hold for up to 45 minutes each time. Ridiculous much?!? I am never shopping here ever again!!!
