I ordered some lanterns for my Dad through the telebrands avertisement on television and you can order through telebrands.com as well. The lanterns were on over a month back order and I tried to cancel the order when I saw that notice come up when I was checking when they'd be sent. Long story short, they offered to take $5 off the total in order for me to keep my order placed. The lanterns arrived and they were the cheapest plastic and tin that I've ever seen for $15 each, and they were more like dollar store quality lanterns. I have tried calling 4 times now because they charged me the full price and never gave me the $5 credit to my credit card in order to keep my order open, and they keep promising it will be credited to my account. This company is a scam, and the quality of their products is terrible, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! You'll regret it!
