John Briley, using the Handyman Matters company information, just showed us the most untrustworthy business practices we have come across in years. This man lied to us for three days concerning the sale of a recreational vehicle. After we drove for over an hour to purchase this item we watched as he finished selling it to a couple that arrived before us! He had agreed to sell the item to us at the scheduled appointment time today and then just said; oh well, sorry. It is capitalism!!! We can understand business practices but not the lack of business ethics. What a bad taste this left in our mouth for this company. Will not ever use this brand again. Sorry. Just giving a head's up to anyone else in the Houston/Katy area... BUYER BEWARE HERE!!!

We probably should be lucky we didn't get the RV as this man cannot be trusted and it was a big dollar item. I wouldn't trust him to fix my toilet now.
