Blue Army Handyman Do not trust -! Buyer Beware! All over MD DC VA

I'm adding this report so that others may beware and not fall victim - no matter what business you have with him. I believe if he mishandles his business matters, there's a good chance that he doesn't handle his clients much better.

William Angolia (dba Handyman-Near-You, Blue Army Handyman) has given us reason to include a full criminal background check and credit check before allowing Tenants to move into our commercial property. Doing so would've forewarned us.

Not only did he write a bad check for his first month and deposit, he then disputed the credit card charge he made to cover the back check! So, now he has been in our building, rent free since day 1. I'm fighting the credit dispute, but as Mr. Angolia well knows, credit card companies always give the money back to the person disputing the charge until they find otherwise... Lucky Mr. Angolia.

He also knows the legal process for eviction, so he's waiting it out while he finds another "victim" (at least that's what I consider it when a person intentionally rips you off) to "rent" from.

He's a smooth talker, seems innocent enough, but listen to your gut instincts - I wish I had.
