Bad customer Service - Lint Lizzard

I called to place an order for a lint lizzard as seen on tv. Once on the phone and placing the order for 1 product and giving payment info the automated service kept going on to order more which I did not want, there was no way to end call so I just hung up hoping by disconnecting the transaction would be voided. After a week and half they sent me 3 of the same product! They won't reimburse me for shipping $6.99 and then I had to pay $12.09 to sent it back. I want all of my money back plus that spent in shipping. May contact BBB!
