Ordered books advertised on TV with free shipping if called within 10 minutes. There was no free shipping unless other products were ordered. Spent 25 minutes on phone while the automation tried to sell product after product finally disconnecting me after forwarding my call to a travel agency. They take all your information at the beginning by automation and never give a chance to confirm order. Have been unsuccessful in canceling this order after sending 3 emails and one phone call to customer service. They still sent the books and billed by credit card. I am in the process of fighting this charge and did not accept delivery of the books.
