Rip Off, Possible Scam - Gamefetch.com Video Game Rentals

I paid for a 2 game out membership, but never recieved the game. Emails were not answered and the website offered no phone number to reach customer service. The payment processor was able to give me a phone number, which was a cell phone not a regular line, and never was answered. Not one call returned and each time I tried to cancel membership on the site it I got an email saying they upgraded me and was subsequently charged another 11 dollars. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, and then suddenly got a poorly worded email bacl from customer service (2 weeks AFTER they emailed saying they had shipped my games) saying they would be processing a refund. They charged my card YET AGAIN. The IP address from the email was overseas, and the wording on the emails was strange, several times using words that do not exist. 100 dollars in unauthorized charges, no customer service to be reached and finally anothe charge instead of a credit, screams scam to me
