GameFly charged me for a game they say arrived in non-working order. It worked fine when I shipped it back. I tried to explain this and they said I still had to pay. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They said okay, but I still had to pay for the game. I said, "Fine." Then, I asked the service rep: "Do you realize you will be losing hundreds of dollars of my business just to pay for this game?" The service rep just giggled. I'm not kidding - she giggled! I think she hears the same thing all day...

No wonder they are losing business left and right! They charge people illegally and laugh about it! And they are SUPER, SUPER, SLOW in shipping games, anyway. Take your business elsewhere!!!
