Five times a charm?

I had the Appliance Service Center co me to my home to repair a Maytag Washer.
They abviously did not know how to repair the washer because they came to my home 5 times and it still is not working. When I contacted the owner and requested a refund, not only was he indignant and rude but he stated that if I would remove the new parts from the washer and mail them to him he would refund the price of the parts only. Are you kidding me? How can I remove belts/pulley from the washer. He has refused to discuss a compromise, therefore, I am requesting a FULL refund so that I can call a reputable repair service to fix the machine.
