Awful awful awful - Disney Princess MP3 Player by SAKAR International

What a joke of a company. They sell mp3 players and other etectronic equipment. One of their Disney pricess mp3 players was puchased for my little girl for christmas. It was Defective. When we contacted the supplier Sakar International they informed us that a replacement would be sent out free of charge and that we should just dispose of the defective one. We asked them over and over if they wanted the piece of junk back and the insisted it was not necessary. So after several phone calls and prommises that it had been shipped already we called one last time asking where the item was. The individulal on the customer service line told us we should have sent the defective item back to them and that we are at fault for not doing so. After telling said individual that we were not happy with his customer service and that we would never purchase anything again from SAKAR International again he hung up on us. Very rude and Dishonest and poor customer service not to mention the very poor merchandise. I have a hard time believing that Businesses like Disney would associate themselves with such poor businesses.
