Rude, Obusive language, unwilling to help handicap

Driver refused to move his cab up a few empty spaces to help a handi-capped person. Driver would not get out of car to help with luggage. Was rude and used foul obusive language to both my wife and me. He also used threatining language. Contacted the company and manager said "If you don't like it use a different company"No one should be subjected to that.
