Never authorized a $99.49 payment out of my checking account. I had $31 in my account yesterday and today i am negative $111.00. Called my bank and they have no phone number or clue how this happened. The bank is filing a complaint but cannot guarantee my money back. This is absolutely absurd in our country that these scams can happen with the computer technology that we have. If you do not sign a check, voice record your authorization, or electronically, sign or authorize any payment out of your account, how the hell is the government and the banks protecting us. We no have to take time out of our work day, lives and family time to chase down scammers that no one seems to be able to locate, but they can locate our bank accounts. This just took food off my table, gas out of my tank, money to pay my bills that i honestly work for and our government cant find these people, but they found Bin Laden. Great job, definitely no complaints here, im grateful they found him... What about the small people that work and cant afford this financial theft...
