Headache, Complaints, & ripped off at RoomsTo Go Madison

We bought a sectional. Waited 2 months for it to get here. One of the wood pieces was broken and had been re-glued, thinking that we wouldn't notice. Finally, a month later they sent a replacement piece. 3 months later you sat in the couch, not on the couch. The furniture looks great, but is very poor quality! We called and complained. They came out, picked it up. Told us they didn't have the same couch anymore, so come pick out another one. We went found nothing! We had to do alot of complaining!!! We were finally going to get our money back. Meanwhile we had NO couch. It took about 4 months to get our check.
