Irresponsible & Dishonest Company

These people booked me on friday for a repair on my Samsung dkp tv. They stood me up. Then they call on Saturday morning and confirm a rescheduled time, show up late, then take a deposit for a repair they insist will fix the problem. They knew i had to work, so they committed to come back in an hour with the replacement part. Guess what? They disappeared for the entire afternoon, ignored my calls, and when i reached their office, they gave me endless runaround. They finally show up five hours later, install the new part, and the tv doesnt work. The "tech" calls his office and requests instruction! The guy servicing my tv was not qualified to fix my tv! At the end if the day I asked them to leave after they refused ti refund my deposit. These guys were really unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest. I advise you to take your business somewhere else.
