Obviously an intent to defraud, the mail actually came from (geoffw1. Lnk. Telstra.net [165.228.244.53]) in Australia.info@applegate.org is forged.
No damages as I wasn't dumb enough to reply to it but the name and address listed needs to be in your database to protect others.
