Anything that you find on "Scentura Creations" on the web or the name they are using in FL is "Designer Creations". Again! Anything that you find on "Scentura Creations" can be said about "Designer Creations Int'l" or whatever. Beware of names such as: John B. Green, Heather Fay, Ken Wolwick, Bob Coffen. These people are literally the scum of the Earth and thrive off the young, nieve, and anyone who makes it past what they call an "interview" or "screening."

Companies like this thrive off failure whether you are in "training" and its "hell and torture." There's going to be 2 interviews and training would more than likely start on a Monday of course. Anyone who "gets past" "evaluations" is a potential victim. The "manager position" is bogus and the "sales people" that you will be "hiring" or recruiting will be the victims that you will train. They make most of their money by what they call "FFAR" which stands for friends, family, associates or and relatives. The tactics used are for the most part "motivational" "positive attitudes" that are reinforced. It's definitely brain washing or a form of it. This is what they call "s.C.A.M." is an acronym for them to humor you. S ome C an A cquire M illions.

The only way you can really make it past the first few days is if your nieve to the type of structure, a scam artist yourself, a drug habit to support (like Heroin!), or you have no honor.in the end it ends up being about morale. If you have been there for longer than 1 day, go in on the next day and take off ur "tunnel vision" goggles and take your "Rhino Power" down a notch or two for the day and you WILL see this scheme exactly for what is is. The mind can and will be treated as a body cavity if you let it.

I really feel that I had to do this, I just couldnt see myself going back there and getting personal with these ignorant, sly, and cunning "owners, trainees, trainers, sr. Trainers, managers sr., managers, executives, regionals divisionals." All these individuals have one thing in common, Greed! They have the "rah rah" meetings to get "fired up" then to get their new recuits to peddle this garbage to potential consumers. If you really havent figured it out yet and you still work there... You signed an independent contractor waiver. So anyone in training your on your own! Do the math! Numbers dont lie!!! These guys need to get into something else, maybe a prison or a jail cell.

We'll see/hear at least 2 of the people listed above go into withdrawl if they get locked up. And we all know how much we hate withdrawl, dont we "Bossman"? Heather? People that are addicted to this stuff can and will do anything he or she can to avoid this horrible occurrence from happening. Yes, even screw with your mind like they are or trying to screw with yours!!! I feel much better now that I have finally put some real neutrality or positivity back in the universe. I hate to sound like, whatever i dunno, but if we treat each other like we are all one and this includes mother nature there wont be so many issues that we are dealing with today.

Money can be a priority, absolutely! BUT an
obsession... NO!!! You'll end up alone, greedy, addicted to drugs b/c you are so lonely, and even so obssessed that you will thrive off People to make a buck!

They say your on your way to becoming a manager but all you are really doing is ripping off the new hires for something you can buy for $10 @ the flea market. You will see/hear victims that were able to open a "DC" or a store etc that had to sell and train the new recuits to sell this stuff. "Bossman" is back in FL and he needs your money, "attitude check"!!! Get it? His check is based on your attitude. Kinda funny right? Man, they put this dvd on... I felt like I was in the Matrix or something! I started to notice that there was some mind manipulation going on or at least some potential for it... Be careful, its still a dog eat dog world guys and if we dont change; it always will be. Also, I just came to this conclusion also... The only or one of the reasons that this business doesnt get into legal trouble for the most part is the fact that they dont rip off the customers; they rip off the new recuits; week in week out. Don't mess with Dade County! Or Broward! There is plenty of scams around here as is.
