When contacted by his budget person to go over my budget, I recieved a call from him say I qualifid for mortgage help, that they don't just help anybody, but we help those who can make that reduced payment, looks like you qualify.

He went on to explain the amount my principle would be reduced to 117000.00 the payment of 495.24. He then told me they don't work for free, and the cost 500.00 to proceed over the next 6to 8 months, total 1700. Oofor their service. There's more but this is the most important.
