Residential Relief Foundation LLC
Sounds fishy

Business & Finance

I received a letter from this company, stating that I was "seriously delinquent" on my mortgage, and that they can help me.

First, I am not delinquent on my mortgage. I have had no late payments or problems since early when I sent things late while my husband was dying of cancer.

Second, I don't qualify for loan modification. I asked my bank, and I make a little too much money. And if you read the letter they sent, it does not promise anything new, just to examine your mortgage and work with your bank to modify your loan... Something you can ask your bank to do for free.

It's federal law, people. Don't talk to people like this, whom I suspect are fraud artists. Talk to your mortgage lender about modifying your mortgage. It's the law, if you qualify, they have to work with you.
