Broadway Global Master
Stole $985.00 from me 4/11

Early April I recieved a call from Broadway Global Masters. They stated I owed $985. To a pay day loan establishment. I asked several times for them to give me the name of the loan place or send/fax it to me. They said I had to payoff loan and they would mail me the file. I fought with them on wanting to talk to someone that spoke better English or a supervisor. Supposedly I was speaking to Neal Warner (but he didn't speak great english?) After several attemps to talk to someone he informed me he would have the Sheriff at my house in the morning. I finally made arrangements although I was very uneasy. They had all of my info so they took it right out of my bank account. April 8th $100, April 15th $400, April 29th $485. Everyday I owed a payment they would call me over and over 4-5 times in a row till I would pick up. After everything was paid I called the given number may times with no answer. Finally I got an answering machine. I got a return call from Bryan Daniels, I asked for my paperwork since it was paid off. They told me I would have to pay a $300 filing/collections fee before I could get any info. Several times I told them it was my legal right to know who I was giving money to. They called me 2-3 more times again 4-5 till I answered and asked for $300 for the paperwork. They state that the courts would not release file until I paid. I tol them I won't pay it! They said fine thats your choice and credit! I have not heard from them since.
