BGM Took my Money without Permisson

I got a call from this people for a while, I had never answer and thats because i dont answer unknown numbers or out of state. They left me harrasments on my voice mail. These people dont speak english that well they have a Indian or Arabic accent.

They told me in the voice mail that if i didnt call back, they where going to send cops to my house. Also, they called my job and left voice mails there.

When they called me back I recognized the number so i answered. It was hard to understand them. So I made them repeat everything like 2 3 times, they got fustrated, they told me that i had gotten a payday loan that i never paid back. I fell for that, cus i had a similar situation, but i took care of that with the payday loan company.

They told me that i had to pay $200, so i agreed i wanted to get over it you know. So i told them i wasnt sure when i was getting paid. See, i get paid the last day of the month. But for December, we got paid on the 23rd. They told me, fax me you I. D, Credit Card Number and My signiture. So i did, but before anything, i told them i was going to call them when they were able to take that money. They agreed and everything.

I still have the copies of the fax, He told me his name was Bryan Smith, but come on now, Ugly a* accent cant have that kind of name. But anyways, on the 23rd that i got paid that was the first transaction on my statement from them it said "Broadway Global Manster Inc." and they took $300 insted of $200. WHen i notice that transaction it was already the 24th of December. I called them back to this number 818-584-3400, that number they told me that they where a Law Office. So, i explained to them about my account, They told me that they had no information on me. So on the 25th i googled them. Found there web site, e-mailed them like 4 5 times.

Then called the number they have in the web site 866-234-8815, left voicemails 2 or 3 for them to call me back ASAP. Then called again on the 26 of December and this time it was always busy. SO I googled them again and i found this site with the same claims from them. So by the 27th i went to my bank and reported a claim. Beware of this stupid idiots. I was an idiot to fall for it, but not this time. They keep calling me but i just dont answer they can go and suck in a stick haha.

Here are other numbers to be aware 052695989,941-357-7838,904-410-8531,18009684958, buy the way i looked up this numbers and some are from companies that dont even exist anymore. For example Cingular or Pacific bell, also numbers that belong to T-Mobile companies.
