I have purchased a pair of shoes from this website - it says that they are a new company under the shipping tab - I have e-mailed them twice and no response (Although it claims they respond within 12 hours) and there is no customer service number. My account is charged but it still says "Pending" on the website when it was approved a week ago - and now I read on here about another complaint - I will keep this entry updated.
