I ordered two pairs of shoes that totaled to be $28.78 from www.prada-famousbrand.com, and was told that my order would arrive in ten business days. After those business days arrived, but no shoes did, I waited about five more days just to give Prada Famous Brand the benefit of the doubt. Still, I received nothing. I have tried multiple times to contact Prada-Famousbrand to be informed as to where my order is. None of these attempts have gotten a response, even though the site states that a response will be given in about twelve hours. I've waited for days for responses, but got nothing. I would like to get my full of response! Can someone help me?
