I ordered a pair of shoes from Prada-Famous Brands. I waited and waited and after about three weeks I feared they had been lost in the mail. I emailed them my concern. Their website states they will respond within 24 hours. I didn't get a response so after another week of waiting I emailed again. Again, I didn't get a reply. I looked for a phone number but they don't provide one on their website. I finally ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. PayPal is still investigating. Because I had seen so many other customer complaints, in my PayPal dispute I reported them as fraudulent. I hope potential shoppers will see all these warnings before they getting suckered by this company!
