I was contacted by Jackie Longorna for citizen financial group about a modification to my home loan. I paid them 2500.00 for their help. I was told that if I did not get qualified that my money would be return, but when I was denied by my mortgage company I find that there phones have been disconnected and can not be reached by e-mails. I am planning on talking to a lawyer. This was a big scam and rip off
