I to hired Citizen Financial Group after checking them out and talking with several times before I went with them to help me with my home loan modification. I also have a 100 % money back guarantee in writing from them if they could not help me. They never even contacted my lender to let them know they were assisting me in my loan modification. I have tried several times to contact Citizen Financial, the phone line is now disconnected and my emails go unanswered. They have ripped off several people and left us with the same finacial burden we began with.
