Ordered a handbag from a website that was never received. The money was immediately removed from my account. I paid an additional $20 (which is included in the above monetary damages) to have it delivered via DHL, but when I sent an email to ask about my order as I never received any confirmation, they said their was no way of tracking it. I continue to send the same email, which asks for a status update and includes the order #, but nothing. This site does not offer any customer service other than sending an email which I guess should have been one of my first tip-offs! This company is based in China, so I'm assuming this money is pretty gone. The below is what's listed on my bank statement:
