Unauthorized credit card charge of $60.00

I visited Zbiddy.com auction website and decided to register in case I wanted to bid on something in the future. I filled out the registration form, including my credit card info that I would be using if I won a bid. Within minutes I received confirmation of my registration. At no time was I informed of nor did I authorize a $60.00 charge to my credit card account for a "Bid Package". My credit union informs me of credit card charges within minutes of the transaction and I immediately filed a request with zbiddy customer service for a refund. I have sent a total of three emails to them with no more than an automated "we'll get back to you" response. I called and spoke with a rep on 4/26 and was told no refunds but I would receive a credit voucher for some free gas. I don't want to jump through a bunch of hoops for gas rebates, I want a refund for the $60.00 charge that I did not authorize. What a scam!
