I went to their site for a car report. I authorized a $2.95 charge and was not satisfied. So I went to car fax to get my report. Then I noticed a charge of $29.95 on 1-25 and another charge of $29.95 on 2-25. Both of these charges were unauthorized and unexpected. How do I get this company to stop charging my account. I am outraged.
