I was looking up websites to check the VIN on the auto I just bought, and CarVinChecks.com advertised to send report for $2.95 - this was on 3.16.2012. Then, on 3.20. it shows up as a charge on my credit card again for $29.95! I never authorized this nor did they advertise this charge. I never would have paid that much for a vin check... What to do?
