This is an addition to my complaint for false advertising, defective product and taking money out of my bank account for 6 months
after may 16 when the cancellation took place and the service
was discontinued. NO signal received after this date. I paid for service
that i did not received untill november when i ask my bank to
stop the payments. Hughes has moved the cancellation date to january and reimbursed me $138.37 which represents a little bit over two months of service I used to pay $66.30 a month The money taken out for six months after the cancellation total $397.80
therefore they still owe me $259.43 the only invoice i ever received from hughes is for the installation of the dish in the amount of$457.47 Ican send you a copy by mail if you give me an adress
