Responded to a pop up add, for sample/trial for cost of shipping. Charged 154$ 17 days later. Company would not allow return of product, or refund. Offered to give me 6 more bottles at this continued subscription price. Was told no refund available at all until I pressed. Then told they could only give me half the amount. No supervisor could be called in. Take it or leave it. I asked to be shown where on the add I was supposed to have seen these terms and conditions, but the site I was directed to was not the site that I had originally used to order from. Horrible. Scammed.
