Another customer ripped off by Steel Bridge Medical

I ordered the trial bottle of Lipoplex from Steel Bridge Medical. When I received it, I read the label and discovered that I couldn't take it with another medication I'm on. A few weeks later, I received two more bottles of Lipoplex with no receipt, order form, return or contact information. I did not order these! They charged my credit card 99.95. I returned the bottles with a note requesting a refund and told them not to send any more Lipoplex. When I called them on 9/24/07 to check on the refund, they informed me that they don't give refunds! I asked what happened to the bottles I returned and "Brandy" told me that they throw them away and that they do not honor written requests! I asked to speak to a supervisor, and of course, a supervisor was not available. I was told someone would call me back, but of course, no one has called. She told me that I should have read the "terms and conditions." On the site where I placed the initial trial order, I do not believe these "terms and conditions" were easily visible, because I would never agree to automatic shipments of a product I wasn't sure I would be able to take! That is the purpose of a trial bottle! I have filed complaints with the Fed. Trade Commisssion, Consumer Protection bureau, Nevada Attorney General, and the BBB of South Nevada. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company must be stopped from stealing!
