Ce I was told I could not get a refund in my 60 day guarantee return time, hung up on, denied corporate address and phone numbe

My name is Rohry Mefford, Michael's wife. I ordered a trial period of Wu-Yi Tea source and was charged 15 days into my trial 29.95 and a $2.00 insurance charge that was never noted when paying for tea. You originally pay $4.95 for shipping and handeling for the trial period of 14 days. According to their terms and conditions. However, I was charged $6.95 and there was no explanation as to why. Then after 15 days they bill you for the month of your free trial and the send out more tea and bill you a second time.

I called to cancel my order w/in my 60 day cancellation period by their terms and conditions and was told because I threw the box away I could not get a refund even though I offered to send back the product.
After I read the terms and conditions to David, it said no where that I had to have the box. It says to return the unused portion and pay a 15% restocking fee. He agreed then and said I had to call them with my shipping number and then call them again when I refused the package from UPS. Now I don't have time to call them over and over,

On the website Jessie Williams says you can reach hiim at 1 877-417-4141 but when you call they don't know who he is or they say he's too busy to take your call. Now that is false advertising if ever I've seen it. They refuse to give out a corporate address to make a complaint which I believe is illegal as long as you are a customer of the company and they are taking your money. They guy Roddy I spoke to said it was illegal to not give out the address but he didn't care and I could call Susan at 1780-416-0211 which only gives you a voice mail. This company is horrible and needs to be shut down for good. They have poor customer service and very rude people on the phone. Thanks for your time.
