I sent for the "free" trial of both the HCG capsules and the drops. I received them about a week later. Of course they did not work and I decided that I did not want them again.By then the 14 days cancellation period had passed, but I e-mailed them to say that I wanted to cancel any further orders. Next day I received an e-mail saying my account is already showing as closed and that I should have received an e-mail confirming cancellation. I have not received any such e-mail. They have taken 2 payments, 1 for £74.95 and the other for £44.95, without my knowledge.
I have sent an e-mail this morning to these people to let them know that I'm still waiting for a cancellation e-mail, and also to let them know that I will be speaking first with my bank and then with my solicitor. I don't expect that I will get any sort of refund, but I will not let this go quietly.
I hope that this company will be closed down and that no more people will be conned like this.
